Who are we?
Emirates Council for Work Relations Development is a national organization targeting to be the main platform for business development and cooperation between United Arab Emirates and organizations within Europe, Middle East, Africa, Americas and Asia to enable business cooperation in various vistas economy, trade, Agriculture, manufacturing, import and Export as well as professional Services.
The council through its regional and international partners, entities, affiliates and institutions will work as main hub for business expansion, development and relations. The council with years and years of experience in business within the region which will be availed either as consulting services, arrangements, intermediately between the vast demands based on the economic development for United Arab Emirates and other countries in the region.
The council aims to bring in investments in all sectors and to contribute for the economic growth directly and indirectly and to be a value addition for all the partners from all aspects within United Arab Emirates and Internationally. The wise leadership of United Arab Emirates with its directions and All the above contribute to shape the council strategy, values and services.

We all know that the wise leadership of the State, has set many strategies and visions to promote the UAE and make it among the most advanced countries in the field of sustainable economic and social development, to achieve the highest levels of competitiveness worldwide.
This is reflected in the vision of the UAE 2021, which has been based on many axes, such as sustainable economic and social development based on a diversified economic knowledge and sustainable knowledge development, based mainly on reading, creativity and innovation, in addition to the best scientific practices in the field of strategic planning.
The wise leadership encourages the participation of UAE nationals in the labor market as the first steps towards self-realization, economic empowerment and leadership in the field of business management, supporting the UAE labor market with distinguished national expertise and reaching the announcing of the year 2017 as the year of volunteering.
Based upon our believe in the Emirates Council for Work Relation Development, to contribute to the implementation of this national agenda, we have developed many strategies that support the direction of the wise leadership of the state, including:
- The sustainable economic development strategy relying upon supporting the UAE labor market by identifying potential markets for each export or investment sector and enhancing investor’s confidence by providing an attractive investment environment, creating new investment opportunities and identifying the most important labor market requirements by enhancing the confidence in UAE products and commodities, reaching the highest rates of competitiveness, taking into account the need to work to attract more foreign investment, and overcoming obstacles, and follow the policies of promoting all investment opportunities available within the state.
- The strategy of sustainable knowledge development based on investment in human capital as an entry point for sustainable human development, which is an important element in comprehensive strategic planning, and the basis in the implementation of this strategy are the training and qualification of human cadres, on the one hand, and the issuance of books and periodicals, economic research, development and investment on the one hand Other.
- A community strategy based on absorbing Emirati youth to serve as volunteers in the Council, under the title of the Ambassadors of the Emirates Voluntary Council, aims to promote the concept of a culture of volunteerism on the one hand and to take advantage of their abilities and work on developing their skills in the labor market in response to the call of the State, which announced the year 2017 as a year for voluntary.

These projects often involve the latest technologies and best practices in waste management and resource conservation, ensuring that the UAE stays at the forefront of global sustainability efforts. The initiative’s success in drawing international expertise and innovative companies highlights Sheikh Zayed's commitment to making the UAE a global leader in sustainability. His efforts are transforming the nation's approach to environmental stewardship and setting a benchmark for sustainable development.
